To celebrate the New York Botanical Garden’s stunning Monet exhibit (going on until October 21), our Garden Café is serving weekly menu specials showcasing our culinary interpretations of the French Impressionist’s famed work.

Our Monet Specials include Herb Crusted Goat Cheese, with Apricots, Figs & Toast Points; Lavender Lemonade; and Smoked Salmon Napoleon. And we really get into the spirit of the exhibit when it comes to our specialty desert: Strawberry Stuffed Crepes where guests create their own plate-painting works of art by brushing on a palette of sweet sauces.

The Monet Garden tribute boasts a floral masterpiece of diverse plants, bold colors, and dramatic design — including the artist’s most famous subject, water lilies.
