- Bohemian National Hall
The Bohemian National Hall, designed in the Renaissance Revival style and built in 1896, has been an important center for Czech and Slovak culture in New York for more than a century. After a complete renovation, the building was reopened in October 2008. Since then, it has shared its premises with the Consulate General of the Czech Republic, the Czech Center and the Bohemian Benevolent & Literary Association. The beautiful Grand Ballroom has retained its original glory and, combined with our other modern multifunctional rooms, the Hall provides a unique setting and atmosphere for your events.

- Central Park Zoo
The Central Park Zoo, located in the heart of Manhattan, is an exquisite, tranquil oasis with a breathtaking mix of flora, fauna, and architectural design. The 6.5-acre facility has over 1,400 animals of more than 130 species. Whether sipping cocktails as sea lions glide gracefully through the water or strolling through the lush gardens taking in the elegant architecture, you will be inspired by exotic wildlife and breathtaking city skyline views. - Lincoln Center
Lincoln Center is composed of different theaters all located on the same complex. Both the Mitzi E. Newhouse and the Vivian Beaumont theaters, located in the same building, can be rented for private events when dark. The Vivian Beaumont is the larger of the two.
The New York State Theater reopened as the David H. Koch Theater following a $108 million renovation recently. Home to the New York City Ballet and the New York City Opera, the building is available for rental when dark.

- Madame Tussauds
With exclusive use of the attraction, Madame Tussauds is closed to the public. - Museum of the City of New York
The Museum of the City of New York sits on 5th Avenue overlooking the Central Park Conservancy Gardens. In 2009 the museum completed Phase One of three expansion projects. The new glass and aluminum structure and front courtyard are now complete and Phase Two and Three are to be completed by Fall 2011.
The museum boasts one of the most exquisite staircases in New York City, which connects the Marble Court and the Rotunda. They also have an auditorium with a 200-person capacity.

- National Academy Museum & School of Fine Arts
The National Academy Museum is located on New York City’s famed Museum Mile across from the Guggenheim. The building is a turn-of-the-century Beaux Arts mansion filled with a rich collection of American paintings, sculpture, and prints. There are three rooms for entertaining – the Stone Room, the Huntington Room and the Lady Diana Rotunda.
The National Academy is the ideal venue for luncheons, intimate dinners, receptions, corporate events and film and photo shoots.

- New World Stages
New World Stages is constructed on (and under) the site of the former Madison Square Garden. This newly renovated underground facility is centered on a large common lobby and gallery, serviced by two bars, a coat check, generous bathroom facilities, and a separate public lounge.
An award-winning, state-of-the-art theatrical venue just west of Times Square (50th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues). New World Stages is owned by the internationally acclaimed entertainment group, Stage Entertainment.

- Park Avenue Armory
The receptions rooms in the Park Avenue Armory were designed by the greatest designers of America’s Gilded Age including Louis Comfort Tiffany, Stanford White and the Herter Brothers. The Silver and Veterans rooms are the only extant Louis Comfort Tiffany-designed rooms in the world. Six historic rooms, ranging size from 500 to 1,650 square feet, are suitable for intimate dinners or large cocktail receptions.
The Armory’s Drill Hall is a magnificent space with latticework truss and soaring dimensions, reminiscent of one of the great 19th Century train sheds of Europe. With approximately 38,000 square feet or useable space, it is one of the City’s largest column-free spaces.

A popular event and concert venue, Roseland includes a large lobby, a ballroom, and a mezzanine. The 25,000-square-foot venue is quite often used for Broadway and Film premieres. The venue has in-house sound, lighting provisions, and a large coat check.

- The Cathedral of St. John the Divine
The world’s largest Gothic cathedral and headquarters of the Episcopal Diocese of New York dominates Morningside Heights. Nearby, Synod Hall is composed of a large main space with lofty peaked ceilings, tall windows, and a raised stage; it seats 700 theater-style. The building’s Undercroft space has large stone columns and tall windows.

- The Frick Collection
The Frick evokes the glamour of Gilded Age New York and provides a uniquely elegant setting for any reception, cocktail party, or dinner. It includes some of the best-known paintings by the greatest European artists, major works of sculpture (among them one of the finest groups of small bronzes in the world), superb 18th century French furniture and porcelains, Limoges enamels, Oriental rugs, and other works of remarkable quality.

- The Harold Pratt House and Peterson Hall
The Harold Pratt House was built in 1919 and is an ideal location for celebrations, dinners, or conferences. A marble stairway connects the ballroom to beautiful spaces, including a library and reception, drawing, and sitting rooms. All the rooms feature cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, and original chandeliers.
Peter G. Peterson Hall can be used alone or in combination with the house. It transforms from a conference space with state-of-the-art technology into a spectacular setting for parties.

- The House of the Redeemer
The House was designated a New York City Landmark in 1974, and is considered by many architectural historians to be one of the most distinguished examples of early 20th century residential architecture in New York City.
The House lends itself well to receptions, concerts, private parties, and corporate events. The library is noted for its aesthetic appeal and its fine acoustics for musical events and lectures and has quite a history, having been part of a 15th century Ducal Castle and then brought to America and installed in the house during the First World War.

- The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Only Corporate patrons may entertain at this museum, which unveiled its new Greek and Roman galleries recently, a project that took more than a dozen years to complete. The Temple of Dendur is one of the most spectacular spaces in New Yrok City to host an event. Other spaces include the Great Hall and its balcony, the Carroll and Milton Petrie European Sculpture Court, the Charles Engelhard Court and an auditorium.

- The Pratt Mansion
These elegant Beaux Arts residences that comprise the Pratt Mansions were commissioned at the turn of the century by three of New York’s most illustrious families. Prestigiously sited on Fifth Avenue, they are rich examples of the Golden Age of architecture at its most opulent. And as such, were designated in 1971 by the Landmarks Commission as part of the Metropolitan Museum Historic District.
Beyond the intricate front doors are inviting salons, walls of gleaming marble, oak paneling, tapestries, fireplaces and inlaid parquet floors, all restored to their original lustre. An impressive marble staircase spirals up to the handsomely refurbished ballroom.

The Ukrainian Institute occupies one of the grandest turn-of-the-century town houses that remain in New York City, the Fletcher-Sinclair Mansion, designed by famed, Gilded Age architect C.P.H. Gilbert in his signature French-Gothic Style. The mansion is located on the southern tip of Museum Mile diagonally across from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, on the southeast corner of 79th Street and Fifth Avenue. The home of the world-renowned dance group is the country’s largest facility devoted to dance. The 77,000-square-foot, eight-story space has 12 dance studios and a 255-seat black-box theater with a 35- by 26-foot stage. The AXA Equitable Center was built in 1986 in the postmodern style by architect Edward Larrabee Barnes. It is located on Broadway near Times Square. The Auditorium can seat 470 for corporate meetings, live television premieres and broadcasts, award ceremonies, etc. The Auditorium along with the AXA Equitable Atrium make for the perfect facility for corporate entertaining. The former space of Loews Astor Plaza, this theater, owned by concert promotion company AEG Live, holds 2,100 for concerts. David Rockwell designed the space, which features state-of-the-art lighting, a JBL sound system, two mezzanine lounges, dressing rooms, and a greenroom. An 85-foot-long LED high-definition marquee displays live and digital video.

- Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet
The theater at Cedar Lake is the true definition of a multi-purpose facility. It is capable of being set up in a vast array of configurations, from an intimate 191-seat theater to a fashion show layout with room for 500. There is an excellent infrastructure in place to accomplish this with a minimum of outside equipment and effort required. The interior of the theater has a raw, industrial feel while still retaining a modern elegance. The walls are mostly brick, with one wall finished in black stucco. The south wall contains five large, arched windows that have blackout shades on them. The theater and all of its ancillary rooms are all fully heated and cooled.

Center548 is 35,000 square feet of open space in the heart of the Chelsea Arts District. - Gramercy Theatre
Opened in 2007, the Gramercy Theatre has hosted such artists as Counting Crows, The Jonas Brothers, Macy Gray, Rufus Wainwright, The Brand New Heavies, The Get Up Kids, Jay-Z and Steve Winwood. This music venue features a state-of-the-art sound system with 2,000 square feet of open floor space, staging, and theatre seating for 190 guests. The Buddha Lounge, located downstairs is ideal for smaller receptions and is decorated with Gujarat cloth, hand-painted accents and Persian rugs.

- Grand Central Terminal
Formerly a waiting room, Vanderbilt Hall features pink marble floors, 48-foot ceilings, and massive chandeliers. The 12,000-square-foot space is a wonderful location for a large reception or dinner. The northeast balcony overlooks the station’s main concourse and seats 100 or holds 200 for receptions. Vanderbilt Hall is not available from early November through December, due to internal holiday programming.

After moving to a new home earlier this year, boutique architecture and interior design firm Murphy and Dine opted to make its gallery a venue for private events. With 1,500 square feet of space, 22-foot ceilings, and a 1,000-square-foot garden, the site can hold receptions, dinners and meetings. There’s also a rooftop terrace on the fifth floor, which, when combined with the other spaces, increases the reception capacity.

Studio 450 is a duplex penthouse loft, which includes huge wraparound outdoor rooftop space. This event space is located in the new trendy Hudson Yards District of Manhattan. The Carriage House Center in Murray Hill is a landmark town house built in 1902 with 3,500-square-feet of space. It is home to the Gabarron Foundation Carriage House Center for the Arts, which was established by the union of two great men, Mr. Theodore W. Kheel, the celebrated New Yorker, mediator and non-profit master, and Cristobal Gabarron, the Spanish artist.

The Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) George Gustav Heye Center in New York opened in 1994 at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House on Bowling Green. - The Metropolitan Building
Dating from 1909, the same year the Queensboro Bridge was built, the Metropolitan Building was first an electrical parts factory. Seventy years later it was long vacant and in a sad state of disrepair.
In 1980, Eleanor Ambos, who had a successful antique furniture rental business in Manhattan, bought the building for storage space and to accommodate a variety of artisans to set up their studios and workrooms.

Boscobel Restoration, Inc. permits designated areas of its grounds to be used for receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, and other special uses. Receptions and events may be held on the property which provides an unparalleled view of the Hudson River, the Hudson Highlands and West Point. Guests are allowed to stroll the grounds and visit the Belvedere, Rose Garden and Herb Garden.
Property rentals are available at Boscobel in the spring and fall. The property is unavailable when the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival is in residence.

Much of the Grasmere land has been restored to active farm use in recent years. The estate made news when the rehearsal dinner on the eve of the July 31, 2010 wedding of Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky was held in one of its grandly refurbished stone barns.

The beautiful Mills Mansion is located in the Staatsburgh Sate Historic Site near Hyde Park, New York. The mansion is located in the small hamlet of Staatsburgh which is just above Hyde Park.
The lawn west of the mansion sweeps majestically down to the banks of the Hudson River. The historic Gardener’s House was completely renovated in 1999 and is now available to guests using the lawn in front of the house for weddings, wedding receptions and special events. From this location there are panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Esopus Lighthouse.

The Performing Arts Center at SUNY Purchase is a four-theatre complex. Each of the theaters are designed to accommodate different types of performances, allowing for broad versatility in the types of events that the Center can host.

The Chelsea Mansion is the former home of Alexandra and Benjamin Moore, located on the five hundred and fifty acre Muttontown Preserve. Built in 1924, Chelsea Mansion was a dream, inspired by a yearlong international honeymoon.
This grand historic mansion, designed by William Delano (of the architectural firm of Delano & Aldrich) can provide a timeless and classical setting for gatherings of all types and sizes.

The James House Mansion in Sleepy Hollow rests atop a landscaped hill with views of the Hudson River. The classic setting is a magnificent combination of Victorian Gothic and Italianate architecture including a marble Grand Hall, sweeping staircase and wrap-around veranda. The James House is the perfect setting for indoor and outdoor wedding celebrations. Ceremonies may be held in the Grand Hall, on the back lawn or veranda.

- The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum
The Aldrich is one of the few non-collecting contemporary art museums in the United States. Founded on Ridgefield’s historic Main Street in 1964, the Museum enjoys the curatorial independence of an alternative space while maintaining the registrarial and art-handling standards of a national institution.
Today The Aldrich is comprised of the “Old Hundred” building that houses the Museum’s administrative offices, and a new white clapboard and granite Museum building that provides public and exhibition spaces. The Aldrich’s 25,000-square-feet of new and redesigned space accommodates twelve galleries, including a screening room, performance area and a sound gallery.

- Tomes-Higgins House
The Tomes-Higgins House is owned by the Christ Church of Greenwich. The house sits on five and a half acres of “lush greenery” and was designed by the famous architect, Calvert Vaux, who co-designed Central Park. The interior of the house has all been restored to its original French style. There are three separate rooms for dining, all overlooking the estate’s beautiful grounds or if you would prefer, tenting is permitted which would increase the dinner capacity.

- Waveny House
Waveny House was constructed in 1912 for the Lewis Lapham family and sits majestically overlooking three hundred acres of Connecticut countryside. The house was designed by W.B. Tubbs of Greenwich. The gardens and grounds were laid out by Frederick Law Olmstead, Jr., of Boston, a well known landscape architect. Mrs. Lapham named Waveny House after the Waveny River in England where Lapham ancestors had once lived. This historic site does not have air conditioning and tenting is not allowed.

- The Blauvelt Mansion
The well renowned Blauvelt Mansion is picturesquely wonderful turn of the century estate featuring intricately carved grand staircases and seven imported marble fireplaces. Each room is accented by a variety of custom woodwork and carvings beginning at the ceiling, covering the walls and detailing the floors in different patterns of linden and oak. - United States Equestrian Center
In 1911, Wall Street financier James Cox Brady purchased 180 acres in New Jersey, it is said that Brady initially spent $1 million on constructing the property. He named the farm after his wife, Elizabeth Jane Hamilton Brady. Little did Brady know that Hamilton Farm would stand for over eighty years and would be a symbol of equestrian sport in the United States.
Visit the U.S. Equestrian Team and journey through the Nostalgic Trophy room’s glass enclosed walnut cases and stained glass ceiling lights.
