amore fizzante – almond liqueur & peach nectar splashed with prosecco
cranberry pear cocktail – pear vodka & candied cranberries with prosecco
prosecco sparkler – sugar cube infused, ginger bitters, prosecco & ginger soda

TOMATO PARMESAN ICE CREAM CONES
tiny parmesan cones filled with whipped goat cheese, topped with a scoop of tomato basil sorbet

SAVORY SPICED DONUTS
smoked cheddar glaze, dusted with pretzel brittle

NOODLES & SUSHI CART
tuna, california & vegetable rolls presented on chorks (lacquered combination chopstick/fork)
served in colorful takeout containers
filled with pad thai noodle salad with asian vegetables, thai basil & peanuts
sips of raspberry ginger plum wine spritzers

FUSION BO SSAM
five spice-rubbed pork pernil – slow roasted with honey & soy, curry sesame cilantro dust
charred salmon – in a miso honey glaze, black sesame lime zest dust
served with choice of moo shoo style pancakes, steamed bun or lettuce wraps
green papaya slaw, house cured kimchi, coconut, peanuts, scallion threads

“BREAKFAST” DESSERT TRIO
french toast passion “yolk” in a hole, maple praline anglaise
cornflake crunch fried banana ice cream, strawberry banana compote
mochachino pudding, vanilla bean foam, chocolate demi spoon
